If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your billfold, and keep all money, plastic credit and checkbooks out of the casino. Grab whatever cash you intend to spend on beverages, tips and only the pocket change you anticipate to throw away and leave the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You may well have a profit after a drunken night out with your comrades and be lucky enough to catch a long toss at a smokin craps game. Keep that account because it’s as brief as it gets if you regularly drink and gamble. These activities just do not go well together.

Keeping your cash out of the casino is a tiny bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for dramatic actions is necessary. If you wager to win, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ nary a concern, then drink all the free booze you can handle, but do not carry charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your befuddled self throws away all the cash!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink and then head on the net to bet in your favorite casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my abode, but seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and bet.

Why? Although I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is clearly adequate to cloud my common sense. I gamble, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not wager at the same time. Both create a decimating, and crazy, cocktail.
